SP.SOD: Minimize file loading

When using SharePoint script on demand functions it is possible that scripts are not loaded completely or loading fails. This often happened when I tried to load sp.js.

SharePoint/Office 365 use a lot of Javascript files by default. When you want to use your own scripts or the Javascript Client Object Model (JSOM) you need to make sure that the javascript files you use are loaded in the correct order.
